Scouting plays a key role in helping teams win the IPL trophy. However, a few teams stay behind and this plays a defining role in their failure. Some teams need to re-look at their scouting teams ahead of the next season. On that note, here, we take a look at the list of three franchises that must replace their scouting teams before IPL 2025.

1) Royal Challengers Bengaluru

RCB has been one of the poor teams in this regard in the recent teams. Yes, some of the players such as Akash Deep have gone on to play for India but that is in a different format.

Rajat Patidar is probably the last best talent scouted by the team. On the other hand, other teams have plenty of them on the roster. Especially in the bowling department, RCB has been poor in finding and grooming young talented cricketers.

2) Gujarat Titans

Gujarat Titans is one of the franchises that must replace their scouting teams before IPL 2025. B Sai Sudharsan and Abhinav Manohar are some of the good picks by the team in this regard. However, they have not done better than that recently.

The likes of Sharath BR and Darshan Nalkande have not been good. Gujarat Titans have access to a good pool of talent within the state itself. They can try and scout better talents, who will be able to do well for the team in the coming seasons.

3) Delhi Capitals

Delhi Capitals have tried to get some good players in the squad. For instance, Mayank Yadav was called by DC to the trials but the franchise did not sign him.

The likes of Ricky Bhui and Rasikh Dar have not done well while Abishek Porel did well only in a couple of games. Hence, there is potential for DC to improve in this regard in the coming seasons.
