Chennai Super Kings will have to make some major acquisitions in the IPL 2025 Mega Auctions. They could target some of the players who could be released by their current outfits. On that note, here, we take a look at the list of three benched Indian cricketers in IPL 2024 whom CSK must target for IPL 2025.

Although CSK already has Ravindra Jadeja, at Chepauk, having a player like Sai Kishore would be an asset. He is also a decent hand with the bat in the lower order.

2) Suyash Sharma

Suyash Sharma is one of the benched Indian cricketers in IPL 2024 whom CSK must target for IPL 2025. Surprisingly, CSK has not had a reliable leg-spinner in the team in recent seasons. This has affected them in certain games, especially at the high-scoring venues.

In this regard, they could target Suyash, who had a wonderful domestic season but just could not get going for KKR in the ongoing IPL 2024. Suyash is a youngster and at CSK, he could develop further to become one fo the best leg-spinners in India.

3) Rahul Tripathi

Rahul Tripathi has not got many games for SRH this season. He had a rough domestic season and that might have impacted his performances in the IPL. Nevertheless, at No.3, he can be quality player for any side.

Since he is good against the spinners and has got good intent, Rahul can be the right fit for CSK at No.3. Now, Rahul plays for Goa but in the last seasons, he played under Ruturaj Gaikwad at Maharashtra. Hence, this could connection could also work for the franchise.
