It is now-or-never for the Delhi Capitals. They need to win the game against MI to stay afloat in the tournament. A few changes will be expected in the playing XI. Here, we take a look at the list of two changes Delhi Capitals must make for their next game against the Mumbai Indians.
1) Sediqullah Atal must replace Faf du Plessis for Delhi Capitans against Mumbai Indians
Sediq Atal is a talented cricketer. It would be risky to hand him a debut in a crucial game. However, DC might have to take this option because Faf and the other options have not been able to do well at the top of the order. KL Rahul needs support, and if DC wants to test Atal for the future, this is probably a good time for them. Hence, Atal must play against MI.
2) Mukesh Kumar for Dushmantha Chameera
It is surprising that Mukesh Kumar has been dropped from the XI. He is someone who can lead the pace attack. Mukesh also offers more than someone like Chameera, who has not had a good run in this season. Mukesh can bowl in all the phases and therefore, it is better if the side trusts him in the important game against MI. Therefore, it is important for DC to bring him back.
